TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Ever After Systems ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service Ever After Systems provides a suite of business automation tools for the wedding industry, including CRM, scheduling, and email marketing features. The Service is provided on a "software as a service" (SaaS) basis.

3. Accounts and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Subscription and Billing

Payments: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly depending on which plan you have chosen). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months or years.

5. Automatic Renewal and Rebilling Policy

Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a subscription to Ever After Systems, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (whether monthly or annually).

Authorisation: You expressly authorise [Company Name] to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal term at the then-current subscription rate.

Continuous Billing: These recurring charges will continue until you formally cancel your account. You acknowledge that "forgetting" to use the software does not constitute a cancellation and does not warrant a refund.

Payment Failure: If your payment method fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to re-process the transaction [X] times over [Y] days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your access to the Service will be automatically suspended until payment is updated.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.

6. User Conduct & Anti-Spam You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited marketing emails or SMS (spam). You must comply with all applicable laws regarding marketing communications (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of your client data and content you upload to the Service.

Our IP: The software interface, the "Wedding Pro Tool Kit," templates, and automation workflows provided by us remain the intellectual property of Ever After Systems. You are granted a license to use them while your subscription is active.

8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Ever After Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

Any content obtained from the Service;

Technical glitches, server downtime, or third-party (HighLevel) outages.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

11. AI and Automation Liability Ever After Systems includes features powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated messaging. While we strive for accuracy, AI technologies can occasionally produce incorrect, offensive, or biased outputs ("hallucinations"). You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for reviewing automated messages where possible.

Ever After Systems is not liable for any errors, misunderstandings, or loss of business resulting from AI-generated content or automated responses sent from your account.

12. Intellectual Property & Non-Resale The "Wedding Pro Tool Kit," including all pre-built workflows, email templates, funnels, and automation logic, is the proprietary intellectual property of Ever After Systems. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets for your own individual business only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Copying, exporting, or transferring our snapshots/templates to another HighLevel account not under our management.

Reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing our templates to third parties.

Using our assets to build a competing service. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and legal action for damages.

13. Earnings and Results Disclaimer While Ever After Systems provides tools and strategies intended to help grow your business, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, booking numbers, or revenue. Your success depends on various factors including your local market, your pricing, the quality of your work, and your effort. The Service is a tool, not a guarantee of income.
