Inside your Ever After dashboard, you have a dedicated "Company Wallet" (found in Settings > Company Billing). This acts like a digital debit card that holds the credits for your messages.
2. Automated Top-Ups
You never need to manually "refill" your account. You simply set a threshold (e.g., "When my balance drops below £10"), and the system will automatically top up your wallet (e.g., "Add £10"). This ensures your appointment reminders are always delivered, even while you sleep.
3. Live Transparency
You can view your live balance and a real-time transaction history of every single text and email sent from your account. You have full visibility into where every penny goes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are text messages 6p?
In the UK, mobile networks charge specific fees for "Application-to-Person" (A2P) messaging to prevent spam. While personal texts are often free, business texts carry a carrier cost. We recommend using our Email features for chatting, and SMS for important alerts.
Does my wallet balance expire?
No. Your credits roll over indefinitely. If you load £10 and don't use it, it sits in your wallet until you do.
Can I set spending limits?
Yes. To protect you from accidental overspending (like sending a text blast to 5,000 people by mistake), the system has built-in safety buffers. If you notice your messages are not sending, check your wallet balance to ensure the auto-recharge was successful.
Do I pay this if I use the "Owner-Operator" (Direct) Option?
No. If you signed up for HighLevel directly using our affiliate link, you do not have a "Company Wallet" powered by Ever After Systems. You will pay HighLevel or Twilio directly via their own billing interface. These rates and wallet features apply only to Managed Members.
